1. I hereby provide my personal data and consent to their retention by the Agency operating under the trade name ELEGANCE GROUP IKE, until I request their deletion and for a minimum period of five (5) years. The purpose of such processing is to enable the Agency to carry out all necessary procedures in order to propose me to existing or potential clients by forwarding my details, including photographs and/or videos, so that I may participate in one or more audiovisual, audio-only, or visual-only works. This also includes processing for the payment of any relevant remuneration if and when I am selected for a project, as well as for keeping me informed of any matters deemed necessary for the smooth operation of our cooperation, such as payment updates, potential auditions (castings), etc.

2. Indicative (and not restrictive) processing activities concerning my Personal Data include: archiving information regarding my studies and professional experience; archiving one or more videos of my previous work (showreel); archiving information related to prior professional engagements; storing my personal data in the company’s physical, digital, and remote (cloud) records; presenting and forwarding my videos and accompanying Personal Data, through digital or physical means, to other company partners in Greece and abroad; and posting them on websites and social media platforms.
3. I agree that the Agency may disclose my Personal Data, as well as materials from my previous work, by digital or physical means, to its respective clients (in Greece or abroad) and their representatives, in order to assess my suitability for participation in an audiovisual project.
4. I consent to the Agency disclosing my Personal Data to third-party partners, such as accounting firms, insofar as this is necessary for the proper operation of the Agency.
5. I understand that, should I be selected for a collaboration, the Agency may request any additional Personal Data required under applicable law for the execution of any relevant agreement between us.
6. I retain the right to withdraw the above consent at any time. I also retain the right to request access to my data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection to processing and automated individual decision-making, as well as data portability, in accordance with Articles 12–21 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
7. I acknowledge that, in the event I exercise my right to object, the Agency may not be able to propose me for participation in any audiovisual production and may be unable to proceed with any pending remuneration. It is further acknowledged that the exercise of the right to object applies only to future collaborations and not to those already in progress.
8. I may exercise the above rights by sending a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the Company’s Data Protection Officer.
9. Indicative (and not restrictive) Personal Data to be retained include: full name, date of birth, address, postal code, tax identification number (AFM), tax office (DOY), social security numbers (AMKA, AMA), ID card number, passport number, education details, nationality, personal landline and mobile phone numbers, bank account details, parents’ names, email addresses, audiovisual material, as well as audio-only or visual-only material.
10. It is expressly agreed that the above shall remain valid even in the event of a change in the legal form of the Agency operating under the trade name ELEGANCE GROUP IKE, provided that, in the case of incorporation of a new company, the contracting party ELEGANCE GROUP IKE remains a shareholder therein.

By completing the present declaration:

a. I undertake not to distribute, disclose, or otherwise disseminate any information received from the Agency’s executives regarding the project to any third party, either during or after the completion of the production.

b. I shall not discuss, publish, or cause to be published in any mass media (such as newspapers, radio, television, internet, social media, etc.) any negative comments concerning the Agency, the Client, the Production Company, or the artistic or technical collaborators of the production.

c. In the event of a breach of this confidentiality agreement, the Agency shall be entitled to claim compensation for any damages arising from my actions.

I accept that the final audiovisual work in which I participate—subject to the terms of our relevant agreement—may be exhibited without limitation on the websites of the production contributors.
